Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Carrier Integration and Market Relations Team
Assist in maintaining accurate Corporate Profiles and Master Agency Profiles
Assist in maintaining accurate Master Carrier Contact List
Assist in uploading various agreements into the database and contract repository
Send E&O certificates as requested
Support Carrier Integration Inbox as needed
Support Carrier Integration Contracting Specialists as needed
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with internal teams and carriers
Collaborates well with others and supports team success
Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
Maintains confidentiality and upholds organizational values
