They are seeking a detail-oriented Content Writer to create and refine content for workflows and evaluations for large language models, ensuring accuracy and consistency in collaboration with product and AI teams.

Responsibilities
Create and edit content across formats such as articles, guides, workflows, and scenarios
Recreate real-world content workflows for AI evaluation
Review AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines
Collaborate with product and AI teams to align content with operational needs
Qualification
Required
Multilingual capabilities are mandatory (English and Korean): Ability to read and write in English and Portuguese with a high degree of comprehension skills
2+ years experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Technical Writer
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content gaps or inconsistencies
Preferred
Bachelors degree or undergraduate in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. We are open to candidates who do not have a Bachelor's degree but have experience in the area
Familiarity with documentation or workflow tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, Jira)
Experience creating datasets for LLMs (prompt writing, SFT, RLHF, eval benchmarks, red teaming, QA)
Familiarity with structured formats and tools: JSON (reading/writing, basic structure), Google Colab / Jupyter notebooks, Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), Slack
