Responsibilities
Build and evolve IAM in a heterogeneous environment (HR, IAM, request tools, APIs)
Design and prototype new identity capabilities where patterns don’t exist
Lead AI-assisted IAM use cases (decision support, anomaly detection — humans stay in control)
Tackle non-human identity and emerging access risks
Serve as the on-site face of IAM, partnering with security, engineering, HR, and business teams
Coach and mentor peers and small innovation-focused teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years in IAM, identity, or security engineering
Experience building or wiring IAM solutions, not just operating tools
Comfortable integrating across disconnected systems
Strong technical depth and communication skills
Large enterprise experience
Preferred
IAM automation beyond basic JML
PAM, identity fraud, or access risk experience
AI-assisted workflow or platform experimentation
Senior engineer ready to step into leadership
