End User Support Specialist

Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organization's internal and external clients
Qualification
Required
Remote desktop support (e.g., Bomgar, Dameware)
Ticketing systems (especially ServiceNow)
Hardware & software troubleshooting
Windows OS knowledge
Active Directory basics (unlock/reset passwords, machine accounts)
SCCM familiarity (software deployment, imaging)
Intune / device management knowledge
Network fundamentals (basic connectivity, printers)
Background Check Package Type: Standard + Driving + Financial (Crim/MVR/Credit)
