Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools
Configure and manage workflows, process automation (Flow, Process Builder), approval processes, assignment rules, and validation rules
Administer and maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
Oversee custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic apps, and custom settings for optimal functionality
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Uphold data integrity with imports, deduplication, and quality assurance best practices
Conduct proactive system maintenance: security reviews, health checks, release updates, and sandbox management
Troubleshoot user issues, resolve bugs, and provide ongoing technical support and training for end-users
Document configurations, system changes, and technical procedures for reference and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification and Platform Developer I required
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration
Proven expertise configuring Salesforce workflow, process automations, and customizations
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative tools
Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Experience with system configuration, integration, and data maintenance
Experience working in an Agile environment
Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience working for organizations with complex product vetting, research and development and permitting workflows
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce (CI/CD)
