Responsibilities
Lead and manage client accounts, building strong, proactive relationships
Execute daily optimizations across all campaigns
Participate in recurring strategy calls with clients and the internal team
Ideate and test new creative and campaign concepts regularly
Run client calls to discuss performance, insights, and next steps
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years experience managing Meta ads and scaling eCommerce brands
Experience managing $150K+ monthly spend across client accounts
Minimum 1 year hands-on Google Ads experience
3+ years eCommerce marketing experience with strong paid social knowledge
1+ year in an agency environment
Clear understanding of acquisition, retention, and eCommerce growth levers
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
Committed to excellence and delivering best-in-class client results
