Responsibilities
Hire, train and manage Material Logistics associates at New Rochelle
On a daily basis order and manage all inventory of medical supplies in the inventory. Over 350 medical products that are distributed through the hospital units
Coordinate with the purchasing associate on a daily basis for MNR and SECC in order to obtain all supplies needed on a timely fashion
Resolve any issues that arise on a day to day basis
Ensure deliveries and shipments are received timely
Interface with all leadership on a day to day basis at MNR and SECC to ensure that we are complying with the needs of their department
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience working in the medical field
Have some knowledge of medical supplies
Have knowledge with software for purchasing, budgets and yearly physical inventory
Must have great excel and word
Able to work with scanning devices
Able to multi task
