Responsibilities
Manage and maintain both CAI and IPT systems, web-based training tools (GTIMS Admin, Learning Management Systems), and other software platforms necessary for student pilot training
Troubleshoot, administer, and provide ongoing support for operating systems, servers, and applications across both CAI and IPT labs
Perform routine system maintenance, including backups, data archiving, and software patching for CAI and IPT systems
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support student pilots and staff in a lab environment
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field — or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of IT system administration experience (DoD environment preferred)
