Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns with the Marketing Manager and Project Engineer
Manage all technical aspects of company website utilizing the Modx platform (our current preferred CMS which is a code heavy/developer site) performing updates, functionality enhancements, and site architecture
Develop apps with team to enhance elements like product selection and configuration
Implement and maintain technical SEO requirements (content created by other team members) and on-page optimization strategies
Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and comprehensive marketing analytics tracking
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including search and display
Stay current with digital marketing technology trends and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or self-taught) in Web Development, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
3-4 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on technical implementation
Experience with web and app development (Modx, HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
Google Ads certification (required – but can acquire on the job with us)
Analytics platform expertise (Google Analytics, GTM)
Ability to thrive in a lean marketing department with goals/KPIs for success measurement
Team player who can adapt to business needs, and enjoys researching new trends
Entrepreneurial spirit, awesome communication ability, and a team player attitude
