Partnerships Entertainment Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, pitching, negotiation, execution, and reporting of innovative entertainment partnerships aligned to business and brand objectives
Develop and oversee go-to-market (GTM) strategies and 360° marketing plans, including briefing, KPI definition, execution oversight, and final program recaps
Scale partnership activations nationally, proactively managing risks, trade-offs, and timelines to meet performance goals
Define, track, and present KPIs and performance metrics to senior leadership, translating data into clear insights and recommendations
Own and manage partnership budgets exceeding $1M, ensuring efficient resource allocation, ROI optimization, and alignment with annual financial plans
Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating with internal teams, leadership, agencies, and external partners to deliver strategic initiatives
Oversee agency relationships, including day-to-day operations, budgeting, and performance reporting, leveraging data to optimize outcomes
Anticipate and resolve blockers throughout the campaign lifecycle, translating complex strategies into compelling, on-brand marketing executions
Deliver comprehensive pre- and post-program reporting to leadership, highlighting impact, learnings, and opportunities to inform future partnership strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
6+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic marketing, or go-to-market roles, preferably within high-growth technology, media, or entertainment organizations
Proven track record managing large-scale partnerships from concept through execution and performance evaluation
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing and reconciling seven-figure budgets and evaluating financial performance
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Solid understanding of contract negotiation and legal considerations related to partnerships
