Responsibilities
Lead discussions with customers to understand their business guidelines and claims processes, ensuring our solutions effectively support their needs
Develop and maintain business rules using CCC’s Audit rules engine
Conduct in-depth analysis of Audit rule results to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities
Consult with customers and provide actionable recommendations to help them achieve performance goals
Respond to troubleshooting requests from customers and internal account teams
Partner with Product Development to initiate new rule templates and propose solution enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience analyzing complex data and drawing meaningful conclusions
Strong presentation skills with confidence presenting to customers
Creative problem‑solver able to work independently
Preferred
Knowledge of the insurance claims process is a plus
