Chief Financial Officer
Boeing Operations Inter is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for their Boeing Joint Venture. This role is responsible for financial management, reporting, budgeting, and contracts management for the completion of 737 aircraft delivered to airline customers in China.

Responsibilities
Manages employees and mid-level managers from more than one finance business management job family and/or other business function
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in a Finance and/or Program Management role
8+ years of experience leading and/or managing a team
5+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
5+ years supporting manufacturing and/or engineering business partners
Preferred
Experience working across multiple functions (e.g. Finance, Operations, Engineering)
Experience working with and presenting to senior and executive levels of management
Proficiency in Mandarin
