Responsibilities
Generate company production invoices and record networking funding
Process the production accounts payable, entering it into the system, running aging reports, processing checks, reviewing, approving, and costing the digital bills and check requests
Work with the managers in production to provide detailed weekly cost reporting and cash flow projections for each project
Record the adjusting journal entries
Manage the prepaid credit card activity

Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Must be extremely detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple productions/projects
Understanding of how to prioritize and respond to issues accordingly with little to no supervision
Ensure compliance with all accounting principles and maintain confidential information in a secure and discreet manner
Proven proficiency working within QuickBooks and Excel
Excellent PC management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
Production accounting experience in the Entertainment industry
