Responsibilities
Reconcile various general ledgers and accounts
Respond to internal tickets and external inquiries via phone, email, and workflow tools
Answer questions and resolve item processing issues via email and phone
Process consumer loan transactions, including loan and payment corrections and skip-a-pay requests
Scan and file documents
Assist with legal requests, including orders to withhold, power of attorney, and deceased accounts
Qualification
Required
1+ years of financial industry experience
High attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactional work with accuracy
Strong communication skills
Preferred
1+ years of payment processing experience
High school diploma or GED
