Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations
Manage AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and month-end close
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Monitor food, labor, and operating costs
Support leadership with financial analysis and strategy
Ensure compliance and internal controls
Lead and develop a small accounting team
Improve systems and reporting processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years as a Controller (or higher-level accounting leader)
2+ years in hospitality / restaurant finance (required)
Strong work history with proven tenure
Experience leading a small team
Strong knowledge of restaurant P&Ls and cost controls
Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
Preferred
Local Houston candidates preferred
