Project Coordinator II - Development Inspections
Forsyth County is seeking a Project Coordinator II - Development Inspections to join their team. This role involves supporting the Development Inspections Team in various clerical and accounting tasks, managing webpages, and coordinating updates to the departmental website.

Responsibilities
Assists/Supports the Development Inspections Team , in preparation of forms and letters for supervisor's signature
Reviews reports in accordance with established procedures
Sets up and maintains files
Assembles information for supervisor's use
Receives and screens callers
Refers callers to other employees, officials, or departments as needed
Prepares intermediate reports as required
Manages webpages and coordinates updates to the departmental website
Performs related work as required
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of business English, basic accounting, and office procedures
Ability to type, format and proof documents so they are ADA compliant, compose letters and memoranda for senior management and BOCC
Ability to research and maintain records, departmental contracts and P.O.s, and independently prepare agenda memos, new hire paperwork documentation, invoices, and reports
Ability to make arithmetic calculations with speed and accuracy
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, and Powerpoint)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to make decisions in accordance with departmental regulations or policy
Ability to prepare routine documents and compose letters and memoranda
Ability to research documents, extract information, and then prepare documents required by the Pasco County Construction Board or Board of County Commissioners Programs
Ability to enforce and work within tight time deadlines
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public
Ability to communicate effectively using verbal, written and visual communication
Associate degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years' of experience in planning OR graduation from high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma and four (4) years' of experience
Two (2) years' of experience in a governmental or regulatory agency office environment
Must possess a valid Florida driver's license
