Responsibilities
Employment lifecycle – onboarding and offboarding, including maintaining employee data on HRIS and personal folders, ensuring all documentation complies with recordkeeping requirements
Recruitment – uploading new roles on our Recruitment platform, making them live, reviewing applications and organising interviews
Right to Work Checks – completing I-9 Forms, verifying I-9 documentation and maintaining I-9 files
Benefits Administration – administering health benefits including enrolments, changes, terminations and serve as primary contact for employee inquiries about their benefits
Payroll – coordinating payroll preparation process and ensuring data are submitted according to the schedule
Performing customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
Supporting Senior Leadership with reports and preparation for periodic performance and compensation review

Qualification
Required
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
High proficiency in HRIS administration
Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and OS Software
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred
