Responsibilities
Work as Scrum master and project manager as project demands
Ability to lead a team of 6 to 10 associates
Estimation, planning timeline, backlog grooming
Help team with building User stories and Tasks
Follow up to update tasks status and burn down chart on regular basis
Status reporting to different level or audiences
Work with PO to prioritize the stories to make the best possible product features available to customers on time
Change management experience using some tool
Release management and coordination experience
Understand the business purpose and benefits of every requirement
Complex product development project experience
Experienced in both Agile and waterfall multiple project management methodologies
Coordination of new project from initial engagement establishment through planning and execution , accomplished with on time and best quality delivery
Continuous rigor to improve and enhance the product and processes
Demonstrated experience using different levels of project management maturity and only applying what’s needed to have a successful project vs over applying too much rigor
Strong project management spirit. Know how to determine and work with strong subject matter experts and organize the work, to remove interdepartmental obstacles
To go person whom the team can reach out with trust of getting right suggestion to handle crisis situation in project
Strong collaborator, and team player
Strong communication skill
Qualification
Required
Technical Project manager with experience in Agile scrum environment
Work as Scrum master and project manager as project demands
Ability to lead a team of 6 to 10 associates
Agile certification is required, Preferable SAFe Agile
Estimation, planning timeline, backlog grooming
In-depth knowledge and experience of using PLM tools like ADO or Jira
Help team with building User stories and Tasks
Follow up to update tasks status and burn down chart on regular basis
Status reporting to different level or audiences
Work with PO to prioritize the stories to make the best possible product features available to customers on time
Change management experience using some tool
Release management and coordination experience
Team player, closely work with team with a sense of one team to achieve one goal for all
Understands the business purpose and benefits of every requirement
Data warehousing tool and technique used in ETL. Awareness and understand the methodologies required
Teradata and Data stage, Cognos awareness
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
