The intern will provide administrative support, respond to guest inquiries, assist with event preparations, and shadow managers during events.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Directors within the Arena Administration department
Respond to guest inquiries regarding events, parking, and general arena information
Assist with day-to-day activities of the Arena Administration Department
Offer general office, administrative, and accounting support, including month-end reporting procedures
Coordinate with maintenance and operations staff to ensure the facility is prepared for meetings and events
Prepare reports, documentation, and signage related to arena operations
Assist in composing and distributing monthly calendars throughout the facility
Support event and administrative operations at select events
Shadow managers during events and assist with event operations as needed
Help with pre-event preparations and event information setup
Support staff training preparation and execution
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate or graduate student
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Deadline driven with excellent attention to detail
Effective organizational skills, able to efficiently balance several projects at once, prioritizing as needed
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Reliable transportation and housing
Preferred
Graphic design experience a plus
