The Senior Sales Intern will support the Washington Wizards Sales & Service staff in planning, prepping for, and working game days, focusing on servicing new clients and applying the sales process.

Responsibilities
Make outbound phone calls to previous clients on behalf of senior sales representatives
Independently handle a small account base through the entire sales process
Develop relationships and network with senior level executives at MSE
Assist with fulfillment and activation of season ticket member benefits
Coordinate promotional fulfillment and services for all home games
Work all Wizards home games and assist with the setup and execution of special events
Assist in execution of sales and service fan experience processes
Compile and organize client and prospect databases
Research successful ticket sales campaigns to determine new successful approaches and standard methodologies
Assist with direct mail and customer outreach campaigns
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate or graduate student
Dedicated, outgoing, hard-working, punctual, dependable, and an excellent teammate
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
Reliable transportation and housing
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week from May-August
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
