The role involves partnering with HR and Payroll users on configuration, support, and quarterly updates, as well as leading post-go-live support and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

Support Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, Learning, and Redwood UI
Lead post–go-live support, stabilization, and continuous improvements
Conduct discovery sessions and gather functional requirements with business users
Manage Oracle quarterly updates, impact analysis, and feature adoption
Plan and execute retrofit testing for quarterly patches
Lead and support SIT and UAT cycles; handle defect triage and resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve HDL load issues (validation, errors, reprocessing)
Configure Absence Plans, accruals, eligibility profiles, and balances
Design and maintain Fast Formulas for absence and business rules
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data issues

Required

Strong functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, Absence, OTL, Learning, Redwood UI)
Proven post–go-live support experience
Hands-on HDL data loads and troubleshooting
Solid knowledge of quarterly updates and retrofit testing
Experience leading SIT/UAT with business users
Hands-on configuration of Absence Plans and Fast Formulas

Preferred

Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and reporting
Exposure to Payroll or Benefits modules
Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
