Leading team development, strategic planning, and problem-solving workshops
Staying current on best practices in adult learning and instructional design
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 4 years of experience in training and development, including: 2+ years designing training programs, AND 2+ years facilitating classroom or virtual training
Preferred
Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, APTD, and/or CPTD
