Organizational Development Trainer

NEOGOV is seeking an Organizational Development Trainer to join the City of Round Rock team. The role focuses on designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance workforce performance and meet the needs of city employees.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing citywide, in-person and virtual training programs
Facilitating interactive sessions on leadership, communication, customer service, and more
Assessing organizational training needs and recommending solutions
Evaluating program effectiveness and making data-driven improvements
Leading team development, strategic planning, and problem-solving workshops
Staying current on best practices in adult learning and instructional design

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, APTD, and/or CPTD
