Responsibilities
Flexible availability including weekends and Holidays
Warmly greet visitors and contacting the appropriate associate when their guests arrive
Represent the company with integrity
Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
Answer incoming calls, take messages and deliver as appropriate
Multitask and prioritize to meet the needs of the operation
Act as general brand ambassador and maintain a positive ongoing relationships
Greet and announce visitors
Perform some clerical duties
Maintaining office supplies and reordering as appropriate
Ability to adapt and shift as necessary when working on projects
Handle additional projects, as needed
Able to be a Parking Supervisor when not in the office
Able to supervise large groups
Great customer service skills
Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that staff is placed in position
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment
Completing all documents with accuracy and neatness
Resolving all customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
Assist with incoming email and phone calls
Communicate professionally at all times with visitors and teammates
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years general office/reception experience
Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and calendar management
Ability to work with all levels of management
High school diploma or Associates Degree
Flexible availability including weekends and Holidays
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Organized and flexible to the needs of the position
Exhibit a high level of confidentiality and discretion
