Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, improving and supporting critical planning functionality and processes such as demand planning and forecasting, supply planning and inventory planning, production planning and scheduling, capacity planning (rough-cut and detailed) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP / IBP)
Lead end-to-end SAP project initiatives, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper-care
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and third-party vendors to align scope, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery
Configure and support SAP solutions aligned with global template standards, ensuring system and process integrity
Manage data migration activities, including master data and open transactional data, in compliance with MDM and archival requirements
Develop and execute testing, training, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption and continuity of business processes
Qualification
Required
Expertise in design, delivery and support of more than one SAP module (FI/CO, SD, MM, PM, PP, QM, WM, GIB) and extensive knowledge of integration points across SAP modules
Experience in planning solutions such as SAC, IBP, APO, Kinexis, Anaplan
Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis, data mapping/modeling, ETL, and synthesizing data into metrics and insights
Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting ability, with a strong desire to solve complex business problems through an understanding of business processes, ERP structures, and system capabilities
Ability to propose, evaluate, and communicate effective solutions while working independently in a dynamic, change-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; collaborative team player able to work effectively across multiple functions
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a continuous learning mindset and experience developing and delivering training materials
Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
Five (5) plus years of experience integrating SAP systems
Three (3) plus years of experience in the manufacturing industry
Experience with S4 and/or professional certification
Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred
Experience participating in change management for an organization
Exposure to the business functions of a manufacturing enterprise from a supply chain perspective
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and Project
Experience designing test scripts within automated testing tools (SAP Quality Center)
Experience as a power user of SAP's BDC tools such as Datasphere, SAC, BW or similar
