Bachelor's degree or advance in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial and Systems Engineering
Strong analytical ability to solve problems and ability to learn quickly
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with minimum guidance
Strong communication and teamwork skills
