Information Technology Intern
Real Radiology, LLC is focused on providing hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments. The IT Intern will support network/system operations and end-user technical support, assisting with day-to-day support requests and gaining experience in IT infrastructure and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Assist with troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Assist with user account requests, password resets, and basic access issues
Image, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals for new hires and equipment refreshes
Document issues, resolutions, and procedures within the ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers following established processes
Assist Network and Systems Engineers with day-to-day operational tasks
Perform basic network troubleshooting (wired and wireless connectivity, VPN access, DNS/DHCP basics)
Help monitor network performance and availability using monitoring tools
Assist with installing, labeling, and organizing network and server equipment
Support endpoint management activities (patching, updates, asset tracking)
Participate in infrastructure projects such as network upgrades, hardware refreshes, or system migrations
Learn and follow security best practices related to networking and system access
Qualification
Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS operating systems
Interest in IT infrastructure, networking, or systems engineering
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end users
Preferred
Experience working in a service desk or customer support role
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Exposure to ticketing systems or ITSM tools
Coursework or labs related to networking or systems administration
