Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of pickers/packers
Coordinate the picking and packing of weekly replenishment orders to retail stores, following priority schedules
Select appropriate shipment modes and schedule carrier pickups
Communicate and coordinate shipments with retail store managers
Manage product returns in collaboration with retail store managers
Identify fast, reliable, and cost-efficient shipping options while minimizing expenses
Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualification
Required
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus
