Responsibilities
Support the execution of product launches and operational initiatives from planning through roll-out
Break initiatives into clear tasks, timelines, and ownership to support effective execution
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are progressing and risks are addressed
Own and maintain the Central Operations implementation calendar
Ensure all relevant initiatives (product launches, pilots, system updates) are accurately reflected
Communicate timeline changes, conflicts, or dependencies to relevant stakeholders
Write and submit IT and Tech tickets related to new products, tools, and system updates
Act as a coordination point between Central Ops, IT, and other departments to clarify requirements and timelines
Track ticket progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
Work with teams including Marketing, Training, People, Concept Development, Tech, and Operations to support implementations
Ensure required inputs such as training materials, communications, and system updates are identified ahead of launch
Maintain clear documentation of implementation plans, timelines, and ownership
Support post-launch follow-ups to confirm initiatives were delivered as planned
Escalate delays, risks, or misalignment to the Head of Central Operations
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Interest in operations, implementation, and cross-functional project work
Preferred
Experience with project tracking tools, calendars, or ticketing systems is a plus
Experience in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
