Be the first human voice callers speak to after arrest, investigation, or charges
Take control of high-stakes conversations with empathy and confidence
Gather critical facts quickly and accurately
Educate callers on the value of strong legal representation without pressure or gimmicks
Overcome objections rooted in fear, cost, and uncertainty
Drive cases toward retention by setting expectations and explaining next steps
Send retainers and manage lead status through the intake pipeline
Maintain precise documentation and communication with attorneys and staff
Qualification
Required
Sales-driven, self-directed, and accountable to outcomes
Comfortable discussing money, urgency, and consequences
Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
Calm under pressure and emotionally intelligent
Sales, consultative closing, or high-level intake experience
Preferred
Legal intake or criminal law exposure is a plus, not required
