Administrative Support Specialist
Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to serve as an Administrative Support Specialist/Receptionist for their national headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This role is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment for customers, vendors, and visitors, while managing various administrative tasks and providing support to the team.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors at the Saab office
Maintain an accurate visitor log and distribute badges
Provide professional phone coverage at all times; screen calls and use independent judgment to determine which require immediate attention
Overall management of busy calendars
Coordinate and schedule meetings
Process and track expense reimbursements
Maintain and update contact lists
Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies
Provide backup support to other administrative assistants as needed
Assist with additional projects and perform other duties as required
Maintain punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
Process foreign travel requests
Print ID cards
Process classified visits
Perform daily PO Box checks, including classified mail pickup
Support personal security clearance processing, including initiating investigations and re-investigations
Package and mail classified materials
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office Suite, and other computer-based systems (i.e., Oracle)
Self-starter and self-directed, with the ability to think creatively to improve efficiency and processes
Ability to multi-task and balance multiple responsibilities efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a positive and helpful demeanor
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to your audience
Punctuality and dependability
Strong teamwork skills
Organizational skills and project coordination experience with attention to detail
Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen
