Oversee and direct a team of 10 engineers across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines
Engage directly in validating product designs and assessing their feasibility
Interface with customers to provide effective engineering solutions
Possess a strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematic design
Coordinate design concepts for quotations, engineering designs, and design-for-manufacturing activities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in managing an engineering team
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers
Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 20% of the time
Familiarity with automation testing or mechatronic systems
Experience with CAD
