Responsibilities

Ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant review of corporate giving requests within assigned markets or therapeutic areas
Assess Corporate Giving (CG) requests for compliance with COMPANY policies, Standard Operating Procedures, local laws, and applicable industry codes (e.g., Pharma Code, EFPIA)
Identify potential compliance concerns and risks associated with reviewed requests. Collaborate with the CG Director as needed to address risks and ensure timely resolution
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data entered in the CG Grants database for assigned requests, therapeutic areas, and functional groups
Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Business Unit contacts) to facilitate timely reviews and ensure adherence to requirements
Manage operational aspects of the CG process, including requestor communications, approvals, and implementation of strategic priorities in coordination with key stakeholders
Apply established procedures and best practices to maintain consistency and quality in the review process
Collaborate with the CG Director, Operations Lead, and Grant Analysts to resolve issues and address process gaps
In partnership with the CG Director, assist in tracking and reporting key metrics within the CG area of responsibility
Provide feedback on process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. Leverage AI tools to streamline review processes and optimize metrics reporting
Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure departmental services meet evolving business needs

Required

Bachelor's degree (four-year college or ex US equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field (e.g., Internal Audit, Business Consulting, Finance, Medical, Legal, or Compliance)

Preferred

Experience working with nonprofit organizations
Advanced degree (PharmD, MS, MPH, MBA, JD, or CPA)
Multilingual skills are a plus
