Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and support tax compliance and filings (federal, state, and local)
Assist with tax provision and reporting, including book-to-tax differences and reconciliations
Research and interpret tax regulations, providing guidance on application and impact
Support tax planning and advisory projects, including entity structuring and transaction support
Respond to tax-related inquiries from stakeholders and clients
Assist with tax audits and examinations, including data gathering and documentation
Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate tax-related reporting
Maintain compliance with changing tax laws and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MST preferred
Experience in tax consulting, tax compliance, or public accounting
Strong understanding of corporate and/or individual tax concepts, depending on role focus
Ability to analyze complex tax issues and translate them into clear, practical guidance
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and tax preparation or compliance tools
Preferred
