Responsibilities

Own the enterprise analytics function and manage/grow a high‑performing team of 2 analysts
Design & execute analytics strategies tied to revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational performance
Build enterprise dashboards, KPI frameworks, and decision‑support tools
Partner cross‑functionally as the go‑to analytics expert
Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python or R, and Google Analytics
Translate complex data into compelling, business-ready insights for senior leadership

Required

Experience leading small, high-performing analytics teams
