Responsibilities

Client Accounting: Support clients with QuickBooks (PC and Online), ensuring accurate financial data entry and reporting
Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly
Payroll Processing: Record and verify payroll transactions while ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws
Financial Reporting: Analyze profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial documents for accuracy
Client Advisory: Maintain communication with clients, offering financial insights and best practices
Compliance & Tax Support: Assist with tax preparation and be available for Saturday work during tax season

Required

4+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience
Strong QuickBooks (PC & Online) proficiency
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software
Ability to adapt to new systems

Problem-solving skills
Client communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines accurately in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work Saturdays during tax season as needed
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client site visits
