Responsibilities
Operate injection molding machines during production runs
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and shutdown procedures
Monitor machine performance and product quality during operation
Assist with basic troubleshooting of molding equipment
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to meet output targets
Qualification
Required
Recent, hands-on production experience operating machinery
Direct experience with machine operation
Direct experience with equipment setup and teardown
Direct experience with production startup and shutdown
Industry experience in injection molding or plastic manufacturing is required
Preferred
Experience similar to a Junior CNC Operator is strongly preferred
