Responsibilities

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for Software Engineering and Product roles through proactive sourcing
Use a dedicated LinkedIn Recruiter seat (and other channels) to identify, engage, and convert qualified prospects
Develop targeted search strategies and iterate quickly based on response/quality
Run initial screens to assess motivation, key competencies, and baseline technical/product fit
Deliver high-quality candidate write-ups and recommended next steps to the in-house recruiter/hiring team
Partner with the in-house recruiter/hiring team on intake calibration
Flag market feedback / comp friction / recurring candidate objections to help improve closing strategy and reduce agency reliance

Required

3+ years in recruiting sourcing
Success sourcing technical roles in fast-paced start up environments
Evidence of consistent pipeline generation: healthy response rates, pass through rates, etc
Experience working with VP+ level stakeholders
Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS systems
