Case Manager Assistant
Coronado Healthcare Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive and effective care and treatment plans tailored to meet individual needs. The Case Manager Assistant will support the case management team by providing assistance with administrative tasks, patient interactions, and coordination of services.

Qualification
Required
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members
Proficient Analytical Skills for accurate record-keeping and assisting in care planning processes
Experience in Customer Service and the ability to provide empathetic and efficient support
Basic understanding of Finance for handling financial documentation and coordination
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in common office software and ability to adapt quickly to electronic health records (EHR) systems
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
additional education or certifications in healthcare or case management
