Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter for our direct OEM clients
Must have experience with Automotive Engineering recruiting (experience with OEM is a plus)
Must be able to handle a req load of 10-12 openings
Demonstrate all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities
It is also important that you display excellent verbalwritten communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Cycle Recruitment in mid to large sized organizations
2-3 years in Automotive Engineering recruiting experience required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced business environment
Skilled in MS Office, Applicant Tracking software, LinkedIn recruiter and various online sourcing and recruiting techniques
Must be self-motivated and ambitious
Strong social media presence and professional network within the assigned hiring areas
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work with limited supervision
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field
