Responsibilities

Supporting a live Cisco Enterprise Voice environment
Assisting with a Cisco to Avaya voice conversion (training and support available)
Handling day-to-day voice tickets
Replacing phones and handsets
Performing moves, adds, and changes
Working directly with end users, including physicians and hospital staff
Providing on-site support to a team that is actively learning voice systems

Required

Hands-on voice/telecom engineer experience
Experience supporting a live Cisco Enterprise Voice environment
Ability to assist with a Cisco to Avaya voice conversion
Experience handling day-to-day voice tickets
Experience replacing phones and handsets
Experience performing moves, adds, and changes
Ability to work directly with end users, including physicians and hospital staff
Ability to provide on-site support to a team that is actively learning voice systems
Local candidates strongly preferred
Availability to start ASAP
