Responsibilities
Develop strategic goals for assigned industry teams in collaboration with Industry Leaders and senior colleagues
Identify and analyze market and legal trends to support go‑to‑market strategies and growth initiatives
Manage and analyze internal data related to clients, capabilities, and services
Plan and prepare annual meeting industry sessions
Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Research & Intelligence, and Talent teams to support cross‑functional initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Five to seven years of experience in professional services, marketing or business development
Law firm experience strongly preferred
Experience in the life sciences, health care, or technology sectors is a plus
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities
Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Highly proficient in MS Office
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Interaction is advantageous
Strong client-service mindset
Solid business acumen
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment
Demonstrating core competencies, including anticipating client needs
Communicating effectively with diverse audiences
Maintaining technical proficiency across firm systems such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, NetDocuments, Elite, and other databases
Exercising sound judgment, strategic thinking, and discretion while solving problems and managing sensitive information
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to build constructive relationships and positively influence others
