Materials, process and physics Engineer
Systemart, LLC is seeking a Materials, Process and Physics Engineer to define requirements for materials, parts, and processes used in manufacturing products. The role involves developing specifications, managing compliance, and conducting testing to ensure materials meet FAA requirements.
Responsibilities
Defines requirements for materials, parts and processes used in the manufacture of products
Produces specifications and other documents to manage the deployment of materials, parts and processes
Maintains compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
Promotes standardization across business activities
Evaluates emerging technologies for potential application to business needs
Develops and qualifies new materials, parts and processes to meet requirements
Integrates new technologies as appropriate
Manages test and audit programs to qualify suppliers to applicable requirements
Conducts analysis to determine reasons for failures of materials, parts or processes
Implements corrective and preventive actions
Designs, develops and qualifies computer and production systems to satisfy user requirements
Works under general direction
Regular and predictable attendance is required
There are new airplanes that will be delivered and they need support doing testing
Testing for materials obsolescence, and new delivered airplanes
Test Plan Drafting/authoring
Test Report Drafting/authoring
Computer working as a main responsibility
Testing to verify if materials and joints meets FAA requirements
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification
