New GradDetroit Lions is seeking a Training Camp Assistant to enhance the overall fan experience during their Training Camp. This role involves setting up event equipment, assisting with sponsor activations, and supporting marketing initiatives, requiring a flexible schedule and the ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities
Set-up event equipment including tables, chairs, bike rack, other event assets
Work to assemble Detroit Lions and partner branding and signage throughout the footprint
Assist with daily oversight on sponsor activations and external vendors
Prep event assets including credentials, lanyards, and ticketing-related programs
Distribute player roster cards and giveaways for all guests
Assist with all youth-driven initiatives including Helmet Handoff, youth football, Detroit Lions Cub Club, and Community Partner Day
Monitor event ingress and egress, and guest viewing locations
Execute post-practice player autograph sessions
Support Marketing team with daily fan experience programming
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Sports Management or related fields
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills required
Must be able to multi-task
Professionalism, punctuality, and a “can do” attitude required
Must be able to work outdoors for entire shift in varying weather conditions
Must be able to lift up to 50-60 pounds
Must be able to provide own means of transportation and housing for the duration of the position
