Organizational Development Trainer
The City of Round Rock is dedicated to creating impactful training programs for its employees. The Organizational Development Trainer will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, partner with city leaders to assess training needs, and evaluate program effectiveness to enhance workforce performance.

Designing and implementing citywide, in-person and virtual training programs
Facilitating interactive sessions on leadership, communication, customer service, and more
Assessing organizational training needs and recommending solutions
Evaluating program effectiveness and making data-driven improvements
Leading team development, strategic planning, and problem-solving workshops
Staying current on best practices in adult learning and instructional design
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 4 years of experience in training and development, including:
2+ years designing training programs
2+ years facilitating classroom or virtual training
