New Grad, Entry LevelAdvantage Technical is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the OneERP program and post–go-live stabilization activities. The role involves system validation, supplier and purchase order migrations, and providing stakeholder support to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Responsibilities
Assist with load file verification activities for SIT1, SIT2, and UAT testing cycles
Support supplier change verification activities as required to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Assist with purchase order (PO) migration review, tracking, and issue resolution
Develop, update, and maintain training documentation for Jaggaer and SAP S/4HANA systems
Provide support during stabilization activities following system go-live
Participate in office hours and deliver post–go-live training sessions, as needed
Be onsite to answer stakeholder questions and provide system support after go-live
Support the Center of Excellence (COE) with ad hoc analytics, reporting, and presentation preparation between OneERP activities
Identify process gaps, data inconsistencies, and system issues, escalating risks and recommendations as appropriate
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, IT, finance, and business stakeholders to support successful system adoption
Qualification
Required
Experience working with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking
Experience creating presentations and documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Preferred
Experience supporting ERP implementations or post–go-live stabilization efforts
Familiarity with procurement systems such as Jaggaer
Experience supporting training, documentation, or end-user adoption initiatives
