Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional within investment banking, private equity, principal finance, or front-office financial services
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
High level of attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
Understanding of front-office banking culture and the pace, urgency, and expectations that come with it
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Experience supporting executives in a cross-regional and hybrid working environment
Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
Qualification
