Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret insurance policies in connection with first-party and third-party coverage disputes
Conduct pre-suit coverage evaluations and provide strategic recommendations
Draft pleadings, motions, coverage opinions, and discovery responses
Take and defend depositions, including examinations under oath
Participate in mediations, hearings, and other dispute resolution proceedings
Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations
Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues to develop case strategy
Qualification
Required
Two to seven years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
Demonstrated experience handling first-party property coverage disputes
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Effective oral advocacy and client communication abilities
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first mindset
