As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work on a production AI SaaS platform, collaborating with a remote team to design, build, and maintain high-quality software that powers insights for global pharmaceutical companies.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality software across our SaaS platform
Work closely with product, data, and AI teams to turn complex requirements into elegant solutions
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices as we scale
Improve performance, reliability, and security across the platform
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code — and review the work of others
Take ownership of features end-to-end, from idea through to production
Thrive in a fast-moving startup environment where your input genuinely matters
Document technical aspects of the platform and product features
Demonstrate product features and improvements to the company in regular sprint demos
Follow and introduce sound software engineering practices within the team
Work pragmatically within the current platform and technical constraints while also improving the quality of the code
Work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional squad
Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture
Qualification
Required
Solid experience as a software engineer working on commercial, production systems
Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
Experience working in a modern SaaS environment
A high standard for code quality, testing, and documentation
The confidence to challenge ideas, suggest improvements, and influence technical decisions
Comfort working remotely and collaborating with a distributed, global team
Experience writing software using C# and .NET
Experience working as part of a cross-functional product squad
Experience working in a team with agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
Able to design and document system and software architectures
Experience working with data, interfacing with databases and understanding the importance of data use outside the software application
Demonstrates ability to work with cross-cultural, mixed-geography teams
Preferred
A sound knowledge of AI in order to have meaningful conversations
Experience writing software using Python/ Experience with Azure
Experience in a high-growth startup environment
Experience working with teams spanning different countries and timezones
Experience with pharma, healthcare or medical industries
