Responsibilities
Run in-home appointments and inspections
Work company leads fast and professionally
Build your own lead sources (builders, property managers, realtors, HOAs, adjusters, referral partners, community networking)
Create estimates, proposals, and follow-ups
Close deals and hand off clean scopes to production
Keep pipeline updates organized (CRM discipline matters)
Represent a family-owned, high-standard operation
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience in roofing/siding/exteriors OR construction/rebuild sales
Comfortable with commission-based earnings and performance accountability
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and follow-up habits
Ability to climb ladders / perform basic exterior inspections (or willingness to learn safely)
Preferred
Experience with insurance-related sales (restoration/claims)
Existing local network in Glen Burnie / Frederick / Eastern Shore
Familiarity with estimating tools or CRMs
