Responsibilities
Lead and scale a 24/7/365 NOC Operations team
Oversee monitoring and alerting using tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, SCOM
Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents, driving issues to resolution
Ensure monitoring tools accurately detect, escalate, and resolve production issues
Lead the rollout, integration, and management of a fraud monitoring solution
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for NOC and monitoring operations
Champion automation initiatives to reduce manual toil (Python, Bash scripting)
Analyze incident trends and drive continuous improvement
Partner with Engineering, Security, Development, and Executive teams
Ensure operational compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and post-incident reports
Manage staffing schedules, vendor relationships, and operational budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
8–10+ years of experience in Network Operations or IT Infrastructure
5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role managing 24/7 operations
Deep understanding of network technologies: TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VPNs, Firewalls
Hands-on experience with Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, SCOM
Hands-on experience with ITSM/Ticketing: ServiceNow
Excellent communication skills for client, vendor, and regulatory calls
